Bu koşullar, Regista Digital'in ("Regista", "biz") registadigital.com web sitesinin ve müşterilerimize sunduğumuz dijital pazarlama hizmetlerinin, bu hizmetlerde kullandığımız Google ve Meta entegrasyonları dahil, kullanımını düzenler. Web sitemizi kullanarak veya hizmetlerimizden yararlanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmetlerimiz

Regista Digital, İstanbul Ümraniye'de faaliyet gösteren bir dijital ajanstır. Markalara reklam yönetimi (Google Ads, Meta), sosyal medya içerik üretimi, web sitesi tasarımı, arama motoru optimizasyonu ve raporlama hizmetleri sunarız. Her müşteriyle çalışmanın kapsamı, ücreti ve süresi ayrıca yapılan sözleşme veya teklifle belirlenir. Bu koşullar ile sözleşme arasında fark olursa sözleşme geçerlidir.

2. Google ve Meta hesaplarına erişim

• Müşterilerimizin reklam ve analiz hesaplarına yalnızca müşterinin açıkça verdiği yetkiyle, platformların resmî API'leri ve arayüzleri üzerinden erişiriz.
• Bu erişimi yalnızca kampanyaları raporlamak, analiz etmek, planlamak ve müşterinin onayıyla yönetmek için kullanırız.
• Google API'lerinden alınan verilerin kullanımı Google API Services User Data Policy ve Sınırlı Kullanım şartlarına uygundur. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikamızda yer alır.
• Verilen erişimi istediğiniz zaman Google hesap izinleri sayfasından veya ilgili platformun ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz.

3. Müşterinin sorumlulukları

• Bize verdiği hesap erişimlerinin, içeriklerin, görsellerin ve marka varlıklarının kullanım hakkına sahip olmak.
• Reklam bütçelerini ve platform ücretlerini (Google, Meta vb.) ilgili platformlara zamanında ödemek.
• Reklamlarda yer alacak fiyat, kampanya ve hizmet bilgilerinin doğru olduğunu teyit etmek.

4. Sonuç garantisi yoktur

Reklam ve arama sonuçları; platform algoritmaları, rekabet, bütçe ve pazar koşulları gibi bizim kontrolümüz dışındaki etkenlere bağlıdır. Belirli bir satış, sıralama, tıklama veya dönüşüm sonucunu garanti etmeyiz. Hizmetlerimizi özenle ve sektör standartlarına uygun şekilde yürütmeyi taahhüt ederiz.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Bu web sitesindeki tasarım, metin ve görseller Regista Digital'e aittir ve izinsiz kopyalanamaz. Müşteri için üretilen işlerin kullanım hakları, ilgili sözleşmede belirtildiği şekilde ve ödeme tamamlandığında müşteriye geçer.

6. Üçüncü taraf platformlar

Hizmetlerimiz Google, Meta ve benzeri üçüncü taraf platformlar üzerinde yürür. Bu platformların kesintileri, politika değişiklikleri, hesap kısıtlamaları veya reklam onay kararları bizim kontrolümüzde değildir.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından veya üçüncü taraf platformların işlemlerinden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Anadolu) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

These terms govern the use of registadigital.com and the digital marketing services Regista Digital ("Regista", "we") provides to its clients, including the Google and Meta integrations used in those services. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.

Our services

Regista Digital is a digital agency based in Ümraniye, Istanbul, Turkey. We provide advertising management (Google Ads, Meta), social media content production, website design, search engine optimization and reporting. The scope, fee and term of each engagement are set out in a separate agreement or proposal, which prevails over these terms.

Access to Google and Meta accounts

• We access our clients' advertising and analytics accounts only with their explicit authorization, through the platforms' official APIs and interfaces.
• We use this access only to report on, analyze, plan and, with the client's approval, manage campaigns.
• Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy.
• You can revoke access at any time on your Google account permissions page or in the relevant platform's settings.

Client responsibilities

• Holding the rights to the account access, content, images and brand assets provided to us.
• Paying advertising budgets and platform fees (Google, Meta, etc.) to the platforms on time.
• Confirming that prices, offers and service information used in ads are accurate.

No guarantee of results

Advertising and search results depend on factors outside our control, such as platform algorithms, competition, budget and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific sales, ranking, click or conversion outcome. We commit to delivering our services with care and in line with industry standards.

Intellectual property

The design, text and images on this website belong to Regista Digital. Usage rights for work produced for a client transfer to the client as set out in the relevant agreement, once payment is complete.

Third-party platforms

Our services run on third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. Their outages, policy changes, account restrictions and ad review decisions are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from the actions of third-party platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Istanbul (Anatolia) have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes and contact
